Some new, and not so new, technologies that address Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) will be presented. Emphasis will be places on the effectiveness of these technologies in cleaning air and killing organisms, such as COVID. Issues such as increased pressure losses, energy usage, energy savings, and installation costs will be discussed.

The meeting will start with a high level discussion of ASHRAE recommendations that have lately focused on viral loading and methods to reduce viral loading with HVAC Systems. Presenters will give 10 minute presentations regarding specific technologies. A panel discussion with a Question and Answer Session will follow the individual presentations.

Particular technologies will be presented including:

· Advanced Filtration

· Ultraviolet Lighting

· Bipolar Ionization

· Other technologies (to be determined)
