Reinventing the West Philadelphia Skyline: Energy Challenges and Opportunities

New development, redevelopments and construction projects underway along the Schuylkill River in West Philadelphia bring new energy challenges and opportunities.  With several projects already completed like the Cira Center and IRS 30th Street Campus, some currently under construction such as the Evo building and FMC Tower and additional projects in earlier phases, a driving force in altering the City’s skyline is Brandywine Reality Trust.  Earning 67 Energy Star ratings for buildings in their portfolio, energy efficiency is a top priority for the company.  Ron Pluto, Brandywine Reality Trust’s General Manager will be sharing more details on some of the energy challenges and opportunities he is addressing as construction in this neighborhood booms.

The meeting will be taking place at the Hub - Cira Center.  Public Transportation is encouraged with the proximity of the meeting to 30th Street Station. Parking is available in the Amtrak lot located in the Cira Center for an additional fee.
